qk55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, standard debit cards, and direct bank transfer.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. qk55 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

qk55 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players as defined in the individual promotion terms.

In the event of any conflict between those specific rules and these Terms, the specific game or market rules shall apply.

qk55 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino games. All game outcomes are independently tested for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as of the date of publication.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by qk55. qk55 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any qk55 content without the prior written consent of qk55.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qk55 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the qk55 platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

qk55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or at qk55's sole commercial discretion.

You may close your qk55 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure of your account, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution clauses — shall remain in full force and effect after account closure.
